Air compressor cleaning method

The air compressor unit bearing bush is an elliptical bearing, and the possibility of oil film whirl is greater than that of the tilting pad bearing. From the spectrum analysis of the fluctuation, there are also various frequency components (including low frequency components). This is confirmed one by one by adjusting the oil temperature and the oil pressure, but the vibration fluctuation at the low speed is not eliminated; the vibration fluctuation at the low speed due to the oil film whirl can be eliminated.

Since the gas pressure during normal operation is 0.34 MaP, the pressure is equivalent to that of the circulating water, and the leakage amount is suppressed, and a large amount of circulating water is leaked due to no pressure on the shell side after stopping. Initially, it did not attract attention, nor did it discharge by opening a large shower before each start-up, resulting in water accumulation inside the heat exchanger during the start-up process, resulting in poor air flow and increased resistance, which caused low-speed surge. One of the main reasons.

Firstly, the air inlet line enters the air inlet side of the heat exchanger, and it is found that the internal core has serious fouling of the ash. In particular, there is more sludge at the bottom of the heat exchanger core, and the sludge at the bottom of the core inlet side is cleaned and then chemically. Washing, the cleaning liquid is poured into the shell from the bottom of the shell side, and it is discharged after 2 hours of static bubbling.

It was found that there was more sludge in the cleaning solution, and the cleaning solution was turbid. The cleaning solution was again bubbled for 1 hour, then rinsed twice with water and dried with nitrogen. Since the heat exchanger has been used for many years, the scale is quite serious, and it can not be completely cleaned only by chemical cleaning. Moreover, in the chemical cleaning process, since the shell side only has the bottom of the DG80, the exhaust line is only a small take-over of the DG20. It is impossible to achieve cyclic chemical cleaning, so that chemical cleaning can not achieve good results, and the problem is only temporarily solved.
